A Tunisian hot chilli paste that is sweet, smokey and earthy. This superb flavour bomb is widely used in North African cuisine.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Lemon Juice, salt, Food Acid (260), Spices, Coriander, Caraway, Cumin, Paprika, Vegetable Oil, Chili, Vegetable Gum (415), Concentrated Pulp Of Fresh Pepper, Citric Acid.
